DDA To Launch New Housing Scheme 2023 Before Diwali In This Festive Season

According to a report of Times of India, Delhi Development Authority i.e. DDA can announce the launch of its new housing scheme before Diwali. According to the report, DDA’s Housing Scheme 2023 can help many people to fulfill their dream of owning a house. Under this scheme, flats are going to be available in many major locations of the capital Delhi.

These categories of flats in the scheme

According to the report, DDA’s housing scheme may have 3000 premium properties in 2023. These properties will be for Super HIG (Super High-Income Group), HIG, MIG and EWS (Economically Weaker Section). These DDA flats are in locations like Dwarka, Lok Nayak Puram, Vasant Kunj. These flats are currently in various stages of construction.

DDA flats are being built here

DDA flats being built in Loknayak Puram are ready. He is yet to get the no-objection certificate from the fire department. Penthouse and super HIG flats are being built in Sector 19B of Dwarka. MIG and EWS flats are being built in Dwarka Sector 14. MIG and EWS flats have also been built in Loknayak Puram.

The process may change this time

DDA gives houses to buyers through lottery under its housing scheme. DDA usually takes 3-4 months to process the application, draw the lottery and allot the flat. This time some changes may be seen in the process of DDA. Actually, DDA is facing the problem of not being able to sell flats. He has about 40 thousand unsold flats left. To solve this problem, DDA has hired a consultant, whose report may come in the next one month.
