How to set ringtone or message tone in Android
– First of all open WhatsApp in your mobile phone and select the person for whom you want to set ringtone. Click on it.
-Then check the box of Use custom notification and set the ringtone you want to set for call or message.
If you want to set a ringtone or message tone for your or a special person in iPhone, then first go to the contact for which you want to do this work. Now tap on Wallpaper and sound and tap on Alert tone to choose a custom tone. Set your custom ringtone here. Now next time whenever you receive a message or a call from the person in front, you will hear a different ringtone.
Note, you can’t change the ringtone for group calls on iPhone. That is, only the default ringtone is used for group calls in iPhone. But you can choose custom ringtones for group calls on Android.
